Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-08-07. This page explains what Rated Roofers Ltd does with the information you give us through this website.

Who we are

Rated Roofers Ltd is a roofing contractor working across West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey. You can reach us on 07711 582 417 or at info@ratedroofersltd.co.uk. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect, and why

The only information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, an optional postcode, the type of work you need and your message. We use it for one thing, which is answering your enquiry and quoting for the work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, and arrive in our inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission on our behalf and stores a copy in our account. Their privacy notice is at web3forms.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we may need them for the job and for our own records, and no longer than six years, which is the period a contract dispute could be raised in. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked to. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ratedroofersltd.co.ukand we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
